Nine theme groups consisting of faculty, staff, students, alumni and community stakeholders met through summer and fall of 2013 and provided input for Momentum 20/20, our next strategic plan. During spring 2014, the Steering Committee developed a draft plan from the work of the theme groups, solicited input from throughout campus and finalized the plan. The overarching goal guiding the work was:

The plan includes seven major goals in the areas of: Enrollment and Student Success; Learning; Research, Creative Activity and Scholarship; Community Engagement; Campus Climate; Learning and Information Resources; and University Resources and Accountability.
